Our expert tool and die makers are ready to assist in the design and manufacture of all your tooling needs. We start by having a complete, crossed functional team review of your requirements. After careful evaluation, we provide a concept drawing for your review and if approved, we provide a complete drawing set in CAD and drawings will be sent to the shop floor where our expert toolmakers will manufacture the fixture and/or tools. In turn, our toolmakers will work closely with our designers and quality department to ensure all requirements are strictly adhered to.

 

At DIPL, we make extensive use of the latest computer technology during the development of our tools and all designed tools undergo a rigorous inspection and qualification process before being released to production.


We deliver robust, repeatable, safe, and on-time tools of the highest quality. We undertake the tool design in the following cases:

  • Jigs, fixtures, and go/no-go gauges for accurate and ergonomic manual assembly and testing

All of our designs are completely modelled in a 3-D solids format. This not only prevents errors in detailing, it also ensures that no interferences are overlooked. In addition, it allows us to provide our customers with not only 2-D profiles, but also 3-D surfaces, solids, cutter paths, certification and inspection data.
